Took almost 30 days to get my order from jack`s small engine... Jack's usually ships within one day if they have the part in stock. Sometimes parts must be ordered and are hard to find. I did have to wait a few weeks for one part I ordered from them but they sent me an email telling me why. KyBlue 652 #53 Posted January 15, 2015 I wouldn't have minded but when I called Kohler they informed me the part was in stock ... not sure why Jack's kept doing the b/o thing. Not wanting to pay shipping on a single piece maybe?? I didn't care to do it, just wanted the parts to be doing this when I was on vacation ... Oh Well. It's all here now ...
