Please help me out here....as i am living in Europe.. what do i do to get a copy of the book ?    The store says it's only awailable to U.S residents.

I've been reading my book and I in 9 days you will all need to place your orders!  This book has more pictures, and added sections which you can't miss.  It is also the last one which Michael will be publishing.  Take a look at the prices the other editions get on eBay and you will know this is a bargain, it's new, super high quality and will certainly increase in value if that's what you may be looking for.
