brought home this 1972 charger 10 today. runs great, no creep in hydro, no smoke from the kohler 10. totasl cash for the 416-8 and charger 10 is only $350, so far its not cost me much if i keep the disease in check! lol.

well to get the 416-8 i traded my metal detector, and i paid $350 for the the charger so i guess that makes it only $350 for both out of pocket! im becomeing a horse trader, i guess.

Great looking Charger! For $350 that was a solid deal. Paints looks really good! I would love to see this after its powerwashed and shined up! I'm quite impressed in the condition of that original muffler...how's the deck? Any rot?

Kevbo, I dont know if its an original muffler or not. The deck is solid as a rock and heavier then the 416's 42" deck n thats only a 36"! 13 yrs makes a difference in the quality of steel used for sure!.
