Will this deck work????

Came across a real nice 42" deck from a 312-8 today for free.. Was wondering if it will fit my 520H. I realize it is smaller, just wondering if it will work. The 48" deck on my 520H has seen its better days. I would go look myself but I had to put the 520H in storage til spring. Thanks

Thanks. I was glad to stumble across this one. It was on Craigslist without a picture and listed for $50. Drove about 50 miles each way to get it. When I got there this morning the guy wasnt at home. Had to wait about an hour for him to show up, so when he finally got there he showed it to me and said to just take it since i had to wait for him. Said he was sorry I had to wait on him. It sure was worth the wait LOL

If your 520 has 10.50 tires on full-offset 8.5" wheels, there might be interference issues with the gauge wheels on the deck.

I know my 42" decks won't work on my Work Horse GT-1848 for that reason.

Yep, to narrow, might as well pass it on to me should fit 3 or 4 of mine.LOL
