CasualObserver 3,406 #13 Posted July 30, 2012 You'll also want to check those rear wheels for chrome. The 418-C has been discussed a few times over the years. One discussion from a few years ago was that some 418-C models used up the leftover chrome rear rims from the 420-LSE models. They were just sprayed grey over the chrome. I don't see any rust on your rims.... might be worth a look. It's not really a "rare" model... just not common. It was made for the commercial market, not residential. Probably most went to institution or munincipality kind of places. (schools and small town/townships/park districts and such) I know by me in Rochester they had a couple 520-HCs that went to auction a couple years ago from the park district.
