hodge 6 #1 Posted June 16, 2008 Boy, am I having fun learning all about the 520! When I press the test button, all the red lights are on but the oil pressure, which is flashing. It also flashes when the key is on, but the engine isn't running. Obviously, I have oil pressure. But, what might I be looking for here? Is there a way to manually tell what the oil pressure is? Are these lights helpful, or not? In advance, many thanks to all you gurus.
kpinnc 10,416 #2 Posted June 16, 2008 Hodge, I would say if the light flashes when the ignition is on, but the engine isn't running, then that is probably the same indication you'll see with a low oil pressure condition. If you don't have the owner's manual, your best bet would be to take the part number of the tractor (should be on a tag under the seat) and go to Toro's website. here's the link: Toro parts veiwer The owner's manual, and the parts manual should be available for free download. Good luck! Kevin
