Just got this rear bagger on ebay for $100 - all the parts are there, but I do not know how to put in on. here is the bagger diagram: sorry - it does not connect - do a search for wheel horse, 1988, attachements, and it is the bagger for the 300 series - sorry about the problem - but I can not get it to link directly to the page https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?...1&partsviewer=1 it is the bagger for the 300 series from 1988 and I have a 1989 312 with the 37 inch deck specifically where do part numbers 17 and 8 attach.
