NLA Kohler / Briggs Kit

Does anyone have access to either a Kohler or Briggs bulletin / content list for a kit offered to reduce voltage and overcharge tendencies in an unregulated 3 amp charge system?

I saw the kit # somewhere, looked and it turned up as NLA. Darn if I can find that # again.

Figured I'd ask before going to Briggs / Kohler site.

All of a sudden, I'm getting several emails about 15 - 16 and even 17 volts being seen on voltmeters on WH tractors with the unregulated 3 amp system.
