Lazy Boy Chipper Question

Hey folks,

I found a chipper on Craig's list that looks like I should be able to convert to front-mount PTO driven (once the 5 HP B&S dies).

It is a Lazy Boy C5099. I did some research and they were made by Parmi and later by Garden Way and/or Troy Bilt.

It looks to be a pretty close clone to the MacKissic Mighty Mac SC763 (the least mighty of the Macs) .

Seems like a nice unit, though parts could be a problem since Parmi has bit the dust.

Maybe some parts would be interchangeable with the Mac. :WRS:

Anyway, what do you guys think? Has anyone used one of these?

At least it is a real hammer mill.

If I buy this, is anyone interested in buying the B&S from me (Northeast OH)?
