How do you bleed ARK-500 Loaders

Recommended Posts

Broke a hydraulic line lost all fluid. How do you bleed the ( STARTING ) at point A to ENDING at point Z

It keeps squirting the fluid out of the bleeder hole at the top of the filler.

If I put fluid in and operate the controls someone always gets squirted !

Winter is around the corner I do move some snow with this thing. HELP PLEASE

Sounds to me like you overfilled the tank... It should be about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full and there is no bleeding the system it does it itself as you use. Sounds like you need to drain some fluid..

I agree with Steve, the tank is over filled. Mine has a small screw that marks the full level when oil seeps out the hole. The hole in the filler cap is to allow air in and out as the oil level changes. The air will work itself out as it cycles through the tank when you operate the cylinders.

Set the loader in the down position , so it sets on the floor, & pull both leavers back(w/engine off to release the pressure) put a drain pan under the reservior rail & loosen the screw on the rail & let it drain until the fluid stops. Tighten the screw back up. This is the proper level. I add just a little more for extra fluid capasity.(we need spell check)
