Ok I got the puller running today. pulled the spark plugs to build oil pressure. 55 lbs just cranking it. Checked spark, checked kill wire put a little 110 in the tank, man that thing sounds good. Also got the hood and fender painted too.

First, that is truly a thing of beauty !

Second, being new to pullin', will that "skinny little" belt really get the power back to the transaxle ? I would expect it to start slipping long before the tires break loose.

What brand of belt is that ? How many and what size idler pulley spring are you using ?

Its a kevlar belt. I have two clutch springs and all new pullys. You shouldnt have much slip with that combo. and yes the tire will spin........

Kevlar or not, without a belt cover on there, I'd be afraid that if the belt broke, I'd be singing soprano

Great looking tractor Chris.
