But my tractor buddy said the cub runs in the opposet direction than a Horse?

Is that true, anyone know?

Just the starter/generator - since it drives/runs off of the PTO side instead of the flywheel.

The engines all turn CW @ the flywheel.

well i picked up a set of wheels and tires for the project might be a little to wide they are 24x13-12 and the older ones are 23x10.5-12 the new tires are not even bolted on yet i need an aditional 3 inches for the wheel to be able to be bolted to the hub to customize or to not use them its a hard desition

The one on the right is a 23x10.5 on the left is a 24x14x12, on a 8.5 rim off a 520 to give you a idea, they bolt on with no mods with those rims.

ok so i take it the 520 rim has a lot smaller offset on the inside of the rim and i never new the 14 inch wide tires will fit on a 8.5 rim i have a set thats what was on it so ill have to smap the tires thanks kelly

The 520 rims only have about 1.5" back spacing, if you look the rim on the right is a cub rim with more back spacing I think about 2.5" and I think it is a 8,5" rim also, and these tires are made for a zero turn with 8.5 rims they have a round sidewall maybe for a better ride, they would fit a wider rim I'm sure but I took them off a 8.5" rims with a 4 bolt pattern.

Put those 14 wides on and you'll need an old mechanical injected 327 to burn them down properly and look wicked cool in the process! :teasing-poke:

Use Da Big ones, big ones are better, they might attract another "tractor" with big ones.....just sayin', I'd use the big ones....

if i use the wide ones im gona cut the center out and move it but was also thinking when i move it to make the tires and wheels at close as i can to the rear end then cut the tool box down to give it like a mini tubed look like on a car think it would look ok or would you just move the center more to make them fit

Tubbed, totally! I would not move them in though, I would widen the fenders :)

Better get to work on it real fast quick and in a hurry!
6 years is enough procrastinating so now you gotta cram!
