kal1551 0 #1 Posted April 1, 2008 I would like to add an LED implement light to the rear of my 85' 312-8; would the small variation in voltage effect the LED. In essence, is it possable to add an LED? OR do I just find an LED light that ranges between 12 and 16 volts? Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!! TT-(Moderator) 1,127 #2 Posted April 1, 2008 A 12V LED light for automotive/truck applications will work fine. The sealed beam headlight bulbs are "rated" at 12V. If you intend to hook the rear light up to a separate switch, you can power it off the same wire that "feeds" the headlight switch. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
