BigRedD180 1 #1 Posted February 23, 2010 Has anyone built a loader to go on a D? I found these plans online but was curious if has used them and were successful without too many headaches. Does this require adding another hydro pump or can you tap into the existing pump? http://www.loaderplans.com/ Thanks in advance
Rideawaysenior 25 #2 Posted February 23, 2010 The existing pump does not have the flow rate or pressure to operate a loader. You will need an external pump.
Nick 13 #3 Posted February 23, 2010 Does the d180 have 3/4 or 1" spindles? If it is 3/4" that might be something that needs replaced also. PF did a good job with the loader and backhoe plans but it might help to get some pictures of D loader sub frames along with KW and Ark loaders then build from that. Rideawaysenior 25 #4 Posted February 23, 2010 That engineering company is right up the street from me. Good outfit and they have been designing these for a while now.
BigRedD180 1 #5 Posted February 23, 2010 Good to know, I will probably buy the plans for the Loader since they are only $55.. Does anyone have pics or specs of the Sub Frame as "RideawaySenior" suggested? Thanks

BigRedD180 1 #7 Posted March 1, 2010 Just got the D200 home and it has the 1" spindles so now I have to get it running, then order the plans. Bump this question back to the top: Does anyone have pics or specs of the Sub Frame as "RideawaySenior" suggested? Thanks Mike
bitten 133 #8 Posted March 1, 2010 I read somewhere that there is a brace for the steering gear and a fan that is to be added for a loader.
