Don:

Nice looking trailer you built. Looks like the perfect size to get some work done.

Now THAT is a trailer. Very nice work. MUCH better than the little carts that are standard fare from TSC or Sears. :scratchead:

We also built two trailers out of large electrical panel boxes that my neighbor got at work. They were close to the same size as mine, and we were lucky that no holes were punched in the back or sides. Here is a picture of the trailer from a couple of years ago when I had a break in my water line.

Don,

any front to back bracing on the underside of the bed ?

There is 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" angle frame with 2 - 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" cross braces.

IMGP1392.jpg

The front gate on the trailer is a 6" JR I-Beam fasten with a couple of angle clips and 1/4" bolts.

The top of the sides of the 10 gage pan are reinforced with 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle. The trailer is very heavy.
