B 100 Engine Rebuild

Recommended Posts

cubpuppy

Well going to start a new project my B100. K241 engine has been taken .020 over and never put back together. Should I use Stens parts of Kohler??? Will be a show tractor or light labor. Also What type of seat did it have? Only the pan remains. It is the straightest most unmodified tractor I have ever bought, not a single extra hole drilled anywhere! Best of all it was 25 bucks! Thanks, and will be looking forward to all of your help.

I've heard successful rebuilds using Stens parts and Kohler parts. My opinion on this is if you can afford the OEM part, then get the OEM part, otherwise get aftermarket. Check the photo's section for pictures of the seats.
