jdog_kustoms 82 #1 Posted September 6, 2009 my 310-8 with a m10 and my 416-8 with a m16 will both shut off when you throttle them down to idle and also even when the motor is hot you need to pull choke on and turn key and push choke in to start when they are cold you just pull choke start and adjust choke and throttle acordingly but they both wont idle either hot or cold i am gona clean the the carbs out but what are the factory seting on the screws for the idle and main adjustment they both have the walbro carb on them not the kohler any help greatly appreciated Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Kelly 1,028 #4 Posted September 7, 2009 Basicly the same engine, carb set up is the same, set as the above manual says then at idleturn the low speed screw up or down very slowly till the engine runs the smoothest, then run the throttle up and do the same with the high speed screw.
