Kelly 1,028 #3 Posted September 1, 2009 Paint your wheels, allow them to dry fully, depending on the paint you use I'd say at least a week, then with new tires, take dish soap put some on your hand then wipe the bead of the tire with it, most of the time the tires will slide right on with out using any tools, then wipe the soap off the tire, leave a little to help the tire seat (slide) on the bead set air pressure then wash, no soap needed.
