2001 Deere 425 W/ 54Hd Mower And 54Hd 4Way Snow Plow

For Sale

Guys, for sale is my 2001 Deere 425. It is a great runner solid shape. 875 hours on working meter. Come with 54HD shaft driven mower, 54HD 4 way hydralic plow, wheel weights and chains. The PO repainted the rear fender, which I redid, came out ok, used deere spray can. All electrical is orignal and not hacked, all safetys work. At the beginning of the season (870 hours). I replaced all fluids, filters, and a new water pump was installed. Also installed a new front main seal and dip stick o-ring. Head lights and tail lights work. New skid shoes on snow blade. The only thing it will need ar squash plate / diff lock o rings on the rear, which is about a 1-2 hour job, a servicible through the frame. And an O Ring on the power steering hose. These are very common issues, please read deere forums and find the details. Works great as is, but to be perfect it will need that.

Price is $4000.00 (would take a clean WH on partial trade + Cash, must have 48" or bigger deck)
Location: Wallkill, NY 12589

520-H / 1990

For sale is my 1990 520-H. It has the forward swept axle. The 20hp ONAN starts easy and runs good. The charging system works as do all the lights. The battery is good. The tranny works fine as well as the hydraulic lift. All four matching original tires hold air. Includes the two front chrome hubcaps and two rear 55# wheel weights. Hi-back seat with armrests (Very comfy!!) Also comes with a 42" side discharge deck with mule drive, 42" plow with rear axle bracket and a complete 520 plow frame extention kit which is necassary on all swept axle tractors so that the angled plow will not hit the front tires.
The bad: The fuel and volt gage do not work but the charging system is working. The seat has cracks/splits in the vinyl. The hour meter quit at about 425 hours and the machine has had about 200 more hours put on it.
I will not be reachable thru redsquare this weekend but will be at the tractor show in Somers Ct on Saturday with the 520 up for sale. Come see it, test drive it and buy it!! If it does not sell it will be back home in Andover Ct, 06232 for viewing.
Asking $1350 or best offer.
