  1. PTO Saga.

Hey buddy...call me if you need these parts (without egg shaped holes)...hehe
  2. Hey Prof...why didn't ya tell me you wanted a black hood?....check out my horse barn next time you head north again,,,,...might find a C-165,.......C-175......or C-225.....bring lots of green stuff!!!!....(yeah, got ya guessing about the C-225 huh?}
  3. Best Mouse nest in awhile....

Park your horses on some carpet...saturate it around wheels with Comet....they don't like to get that stuff in their smeller.....has worked for me for almost 5 years.....and my red-neck mouse traps any "strays" if the Comet doesn't drive them away.
  4. Gear shift set screw

Or go to McMaster-Carr and buy a box of 25.....I like the design better than the Toro product.
  5. May Have Found a 520-H

Hummm..guess I better see if my 520H w/60"deck is still in the horse barn..I'm 4 hrs away from ya??
  6. What/???....another one...you might catch me yet...Happy Birthday, Bud.

  7. To Mike and Karl.....Congrats.....from member# 7....it has been a "great 10 year ride".....and I do remember ya before RS....!!!!
  8. Harbor Freight Question

The C-175 w/ 22 hp HF engine will be at Dexters M & G next month.....come see it along with all of Larry and Judy's great Wheel Horse collection......(.I bought the engine when it was on sale for 549 bucks... NO on the coupons....)
  9. RJ for MID MO. MEET AND GREET

Maybe I ought to check my horse barn ....just west of Columbia, MO.....or put a lock on the door!...how do I report a theft?
  10. Another 520 in the herd

Go to search and type in Baja Decal....you can read my 2014 post plus several others about the decal and the story behing it. Ness...I'll try to get you a copy...
  11. Another 520 in the herd

Ness...did you get a manual that tells the story about the Baja Tough decal?....my 312 has the same decal...might be interesting story for some of the "new guys" in this crazy hobby....maybe you need a copy of my Baja Tough manual?////\ Muz.....this model ran for 500 hrs in the Baja.....endurance test ....don't know about the Suburu
  12. where have all the horses gone

Got my first WH in 1974....for some reason they now come to me!!...my local Toro dealer has my card on the wall...I have a standing offer, 100 bucks for any Wheel Horse....heck, sometimes they say keep the big bill,,,,you can have it FREE....like my original 704....patience, man, patience!
  13. OH farmer....your "biggest challenge" is really not a challenge....I bought an Oilite bearing (www.oilite.com) pn 60695K7,,,,cut a slot in it for the keystock and it is an easy fix to go from 1" to 1 1/8" and use the original WH pully off the ole engine (mine was a series I Kohler twin) from a C-175.....then I elected to use an ole WH electric clutch which fit right up with no problem Of course you will need some "offsize" key stock....which I bought from McMaster Carr......bearing and keystock was less than 10 bucks. I don't know how long the HF will last....but the ole C-175 w/48" deck is now one badass mowing machine....you can find my other comments about the swap on a previous post.....as soon as HF runs the 22 hp engine on sale again for 500 bucks, I'm going to do another C-175. Of course that's my 2 cents worth and I'm not voting for crooked Hillary
  14. I'm Back

T-MO....# 7 is still here (sometimes).....I might have a 520H that you need!!!.....but you would love my Palomino!!!!!
