  1. Ray, I have 2 GT14 that I have completely disassembled and I had no roll pin in either steering wheel remove the cap remove the bolt applied puller and removed wheel there is a key way to keep the wheel in place.  Maybe try a bearing puller. If you take a look at the pictures there is no foll pin like the "c" series tractors.

      thanks for coming to the rescue' your r quite right no drift pin ( roll pin) but rather bolt washer and a woodruff key;  this is the oriiginal 2 spoke steering wheel  prob 1969/  i was pleasantly surprised  to day it came off  very easely/  thanks for your nice expanded view  very helpfull/ aslo thank you to all who responded.
