  1. Chainsaw

Since I'm sure everyone on here has had a chainsaw, since when it comes to yard work a chainsaw is just as important as a weedeater in some cases. Does anyone know anything about this? Skilshop brand model 1705 type 1. my grandfather just gave it to me been sitting for probably 30+ years not working. i got it running from the looks of things someone put bar oil in the fuel mix tank oops. 2. Is it just me or do the attachments on this look like wheelhorse attachments? http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Holland-GT22-g...71#ht_639wt_922 :thumbs2:
  3. Can you convert a C-120 to Rear Gas tank?

I can't blame you on not wanting to get into it my c120 was an auto I forgot how much was different on it. Most of my c120 is a raider14 now. I'm not sure what I will call it when I'm done haha!
  4. Can you convert a C-120 to Rear Gas tank?

If I remember correctly Stig did a rear tank conversion a few years back. It came out nice and clean.... - I was going to be lazy and not look for it but it wasn't hard to find! http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=11610
  5. Tractor manual

Thanks for the information. The deal fell through through. I though I had him a decent thing set up the folks changed their minds. <_
  6. Tractor manual

I'm about to pick up a 87 312-8 and tiller for my father in law. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the tractor and tiller manuals? I really appreciate it!
  7. On the hood brackets another thing that will work is welding them shut and then redrilling them. My dad did the ones on my 312 3 yrs ago and it's been wobble free since!
  8. Beautiful resto! I've been off of redsquare for awhile but, i've got a bit of a wheelhorse itch here lately. I hope to be posting my own resto/mod shortly! The tear down on mine was almost 2 years ago. I hope I remember where thing go haha! Really though that's a truly beautiful job you are doing! :woohoo:
  9. New guy's stuff By Kelly

Beautiful Herd you got there! Whats up with the yellow horse? I'm kind of digging that color!
  10. I love the lawn!! It probably takes longer to get the tractor in there than to do the cutting. Thats a beautiful old horse you've got! :notworthy:
  11. Looks great! I've been thinking about doing my c120 black when it comes time for paint. :notworthy:
  12. xi series

I think wheelhorse killed itself by making a product so simple and so rugged. For the most part the average homeowner with a tool box can keep a horse running forever. They get handed down to the next generation of homeowners because then won't die, so why would you go spend 3 or 4 thousand on a new machine when the old ones are still around kicking. If they died after a season or two like most brands you would have more people buying but if you buy a horse and treat it right you might as well be written off for ever "needing" to buy a new tractor. That is just my thoughts :notworthy:
