  1. Help getting more power from 8hp engine (k181)

In your first post you said blades are not sharp. Don't underestimate how much sharp blades will help with cutting grass or taller grass.Speed and blade sharpness is very important.

Bob. Send me a PM or my email address is oneoldlineman@yahoo.com Thanks again!
  7. The time has come.

Although I don't know you personally, I do feel I know you through this form.We serve a great GOD and through Jesus we can ask for his help in times like these. 953 Nut said it very well, that all things are possible through our savior Jesus Christ. Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary,They shall walk and not faint, Isaiah 40:31. God speed and a quick recovery. Bob

Thank you guys for the well wishes. At this point in life we do not get as excited about birthdays as we have in the past and am sure some of you know what I am talking about. Just thankfull for the smaller things in life, my health my family, my faith in Jesus and for good friends. Thanks again Bob
  12. Middle spindle bad?????

I would drop deck and check that nut is tight on middle spindle as far as the cracks in deck at that spot that is common. I have fixed some by welding and or plating with 1/8 in steel or alu. plate. Good luck, others will help with other ideas i am sure.
  13. I am praying for all in the area, especially my daughter and son in law and three grandsons in south east Ga. We feel so helpless here in Pa.
  14. Happy Labor Day!

I being a 41 year retired Journeyman Lineman, member of L U # 126 IBEW, Norristown Pa. I second what Sarge just said. I would not have the retired life I have without my 41 years working UNION and all of the former IBEW and all UNION members that have gone on before! Bob
