8 pointsGarry is correct...it is what is left of the bearing race. If your transmission is clean...Open it, pull out the differential, tap out the bearing shell. Tap in the new bearing, and slide back in the differential and close it up. boom-sha-ka-la-ka Bearing...KOYO # B-1616 Seal...SKF # 9815 Case Gasket (from TORO)...WH # 3912

8 pointsGonna make it to WXH20 before the show.... how will people know who to look for? Worse... what's Terry going to do with all those outdated trading cards? That WHX∞ isn't looking like such a bad idea now, is it? What were you last time you went to the show... I'm thinking it was like WHX4 or something?

7 pointsI figured I would throw some other motors up as well besides a 2 of my horse's engines.
-
7 pointsYou could pick up everything that is missing at the Big Show this weekend and have a fine looking survivor! Or just concentrate on the other dozen projects you have going on.
-
6 pointsSingle owner estate sale agent opened shed and this was resting inside. Runs perfectly after a quick carb clean and a battery charge.

5 pointsGentlemen! Start your engines!!! I doubt Motor Monday will generate as many pics as Front End Friday but let’s give it a shot. I wish I had a cool motor to show off but I don’t so here’s my bone stock K301, original motor to my C-121.

5 pointsThe missing piece looks to be too close to the shaft to be the casting. Maybe the outside shell of the bearing? Garry
-
5 pointsI can see both sides of that topic and I don't disagree with either one of them a hundred percent but..... Mine are workers. I wouldn't have it any other way at this point in my life. @pullstart, that 502 looks fantastic! Put it to work. Hose it off. Bring it to a show. Repeat procedure.
-
4 pointsThe 418's and the B-80..low hours on the Twin Kohlers, super running 8 HP on the 80. Original everything on all 3 machines
-
4 pointsI constantly check my Hoobie-Doobie...don't leave home without it. There goes the thread..
-
4 pointsThat could very well be Garry. Not having ever had one of these apart I figured I had better consult the experts and see. I work off of my smartphone 99% of the time. I'll get on the PC and look at some bigger pictures from one of Steve's threads. @Racinbob that's a very generous offer and I appreciate it. Let's see how this plays out. @squonk thank you for trying to help. We may have to play transmission case relay at some point. I should be able to ask @JimmyJam to bring it up to me in a month or two if it turns out it's needed.. He's going to be at the Big Show.

4 pointsI’m driving a Ford and I had plenty people passing me. Haven’t had too good of luck with trailers. After you have lost a boat/trailor on an interstate and have it almost pass you, you get kinda skittish towing. Needless to say, any dip in the road, bump or pothole you hit and the trailer clunks, it sends shivers up your spine. After loosing the rubbermaid and the seat flipping up on the tractor, I was on edge the rest of the way.

4 pointsWe toured the United States Air Force Museum near Dayton Ohio today and I figured out where Howard has been, he’s been sitting in a tent at the museum guarding the mash polls!!

3 pointsBob's K91 I'm picking up at the show. K241 I've got for sale. Check out those valve seats and piston! Makes you want it doesn't it😂!

3 pointsMy pile of 3-K91's and a k181. Note the electric starter someone rigged on the blue motor. My Military Surplus Auction K91 1946 Firestone (Scott-Attwater 3.5 hp boat motor Unique top of piston in the Firestone boat motor.

3 pointsGot a muffler in the mail this morning. NOS in an old box. I'll keep the box cuz it's cool. And... There's red paint on some linkages and the seat pan!!!! My honey spent a bunch of time cleaning and cleaning and cleaning. I got another set screw put into the hubs. We've hit a snag on the transmission that I hope can be repaired. I've posted in the transmission section as well. There's a bad wheel bearing so I'll need to split the case and where that bearing sits the case has a chip missing. Edit. The guys in the other thread say that this is probably just a piece of the bearing missing. I'll split the case and see what happens. If not I'll swap an 8 speed in to my B and she'll use the 4 I take out.

3 pointsHood stand is on, engine fired up! @ebinmaine I'm glad I went with that $20 eBay carb, it came right to life and I saw fuel flowing through the glass bowl long after it filled up. No fuel pump needed! I have a little rubbing on the grass screen / engine tin that I might try to tune with a screwdriver, but I'm so happy with the way it runs. Last few parts are baking in the hot sun, I'll quick wet sand the second coat of Regal Red and shoot it one more time inside the shop with no air moving before final assembly. Gotta run kids around for a bit... see y'all later! pullstart
-
3 pointsThe hood is good as it's gonna get, but it's a worker, right? I gotta remember that... is there a re-freshed worker pledge? I Pullstart acknowledge the time I put into this tractor. It was meant to get dirty in the work field and should be treated as such. I won't cry if dirt jumps onto my fenders. Amen. Here's some more pics, while the paint is drying!

3 pointsI'm still not satisfied with the hood, so I've been working it a little more before paint. Thank God, the weather should be good and hot for paint to cure today! Also, I figured out that the gas cap from my '69 C-10 fits the 502 tank just perfectly, so I picked up a new one for about 7 bucks at Autozone. Win!!! A little more work on the hood and it should be ready for paint today. I picked up some body filler at Autozone and it's quick setting, so I should be able to get a couple skim coats on and sanded in no time. A little more work done to the roller this morning:
-
3 pointsThat's a 604. And if my dad didn't bother to replace the first blown Tecky after the first 3 yrs. of it's life that tractor would look the same as ours would have sans the wrong seat, wheel and missing lift!
-
3 pointsI'll bite . . . because he has Etrack on the sides and the chances of his double axle flipping over because it's top heavy are diminished with the weight of the GT. However, he is driving a Ford. So the chances of him driving at excessive speeds passing slow-moving Chevys & Dodges towing trailers is exponentially greater . . . I'm on the fence with this one

2 pointsThey don't know... It will be like many past years. Afternoon chance of storm and then clearing
-
2 pointsJust make sure the Hooby-dooby is in correctly or you will lock up the gears in reverse!

2 pointsI wont have anything else on the trailer coming and going but my tractor. It will be strapped heavily. Coming home, I have heard my truck bed will be full of parts.
