Arent Terrys decals the bestest!! You can paint, shine, clean, etc, etc and it still wont POP until you get those decals!! And speaking of a 414-8 ---- I just finished one myself and of course it got decals to finish it off....

We'll be bringing Emory's Roadrunner. Not sure if I'll bring anymore, except a couple I plan to list in the buy sell thread if they sell because I'm picking up a D160 from @stratostar250. Probably a good thing since im already tractor poor!

Good idea! I will be picking up this nice second generation 953 from @Mike'sHorseBarn at the show. Don't know if I will bring any others, an empty truck bed and trailer coming to the show opens up all sorts of possibilities!

US General box with a lot of northern tool’s sockets/ratchets. In the wrench drawer it’s Gearwrench and Craftsmen. The rest is all miscellaneous brands.

No more air cleaner wingnut. One less thing to lose. I still have to cut the stud off down the air cleaner adapter and adjust it to a final “snap”. Then red loctite. 👍

I just got a new to me truck yesterday. I traded my 2004 Silverado on a 2014 Toyota Tundra and the payments are only $100 more including a 48 month bumper to bumper warranty! It was serviced regularly at the Toyota dealership and all recommended service was done since new. I am the second owner.

Not sure if I'm bringing anything but most likely Skonk the 1467 Special. Got rained out driving it in the cruise last year so It will probably return for another try. Just need to get the powder coated wheels on it but I'm using it for yard clean up if the weather breaks May bring the 701 too we'll see

Okay thanks. I’m thinking about buying myself a early bday present. A red square member ship might be in order.

All my tools get tossed on the bench at the end of the day. Can’t hardly walk in my shed so......too hard to put anything away that I am just going to need when I work on it again. Problem is the pile never gets smaller.

Those plastic parts are the victim of UV exposure and weather - use Aerospace 303 on them, they will look and stay new longer than you want to own the vehicle. My '08 Tacoma TRD OffRoad had badly faded trim/mirrors/rubber - Aerospace 303 fixed it all and kept it that way. I treat the parts in the spring and again in the fall - otherwise just normal washing. Same with interior parts that fade/crack/peel/chalk - this stuff works as the bottle says it will - rare these days. Tempted to take a bath in the stuff, maybe it will help with my sudden aging...lol. Just fyi - it's not cheap @ around $20 bottle, but it doesn't take much to do the job. Doesn't run, doesn't leave a sticky residue that attracts dust, nor leaves a super slick coating as other products. Just a nice, matte shine as when those parts were new, not kidding. Sarge

The HF stuff does work good. Even the Snap ON and Mac Tools stuff curled and slid around. Jim get one of these to help find your tool box!

Toyota! Toyota! Toyota! Nothing like not having to fix the truck or worry about it breaking. Bought my 06 4 years ago at 152,000. Got it from a small shop that only works on Tojo's and Honda's. Shop owner was using it to haul his boat. Gave me a good deal on it . He told me the 4.7 was good for 3-400,000 miles as long as the timing belt was changed on schedule and the oil every 5000. They haven't steered me wrong yet. I've gotten the itch to replace it this fall. Truck still looks the same as when I bought it. it's going into the shop next month to get torn down before my big show trip. They will tell me it needs nothing. In 4 yrs. and 48,000 miles it has had: A/c condenser (They warranteed that) Tires Front sway bar link Muffler and tail pipe 4 shocks. (They were ok but I figured at 185,000 what the heck!) I had them put on TRD Billstiens

To start off, I’m not sure if it should be posted here or in the tools section so mods please move it if it does need to get moved. The purpose of this thread is to show off your tool box and your tools. So here’s my box. I’m rocking mostly craftsman and Walmart brand currently but would like to all craftsman. So show of your boxes and toools guys.

Some of you may remember this little tractor, I traded it to my old neighbor last year after the ice storm for a couple chainsaws. Anyway he is selling his house and didn't have a need for it anymore, so he called me up the other night wanting to know if I'd be interested in buying the tractor back from him. Went and picked it up last night, glad to have her back home. Going to mount my 25 gallon sprayer on the back and put her to work. On a side note I'm figuring out I should've bought a bigger shop, this one is filling up fast

I have a few craftsman boxes and a mac tools side cabinet and a old MEC slide door machinist box. I have a lot of craftsman tools, and some snap on and mac tools from my diesel mechanic days. Then I got a lot of older tools from my grandad and those are a whole range of different makes. But they all work regardless of the make and that's what counts.

Really good idea Richie .... your not as dumb as you look and I don't care what the other fellas are saying about you You should summit that pic to the manufacturer. I fixed up a battery tray today. I may do a resto thread on fixing these things up. Pretty easy & even @19richie66 can do it ....oh my double slam in the same post!

We can't waste money on high cost food , too many tractors , too vendors to throw our money at . We all expect the look when we get back home with our treasures .

I just replaced the 36 year old 22x7.5x12 on my Wheel Horse SK-486 with 23x10.5x12 Hi Run 4-Plys from Tractor Supply. They fit fine - no problem. Look great. Excellent traction. Suggestion, have your local tire shop mount them. I struggled for three hours with no results. The auto shop did both of them in a half hour for $20.

If anyone wants to really go on the High End...the Copper Kettle Restaurant featuring Prime Rib, Steaks, Sea Food and cocktails is excellent. It is located on rt #30 just west of US #81. Oysters on the 1/2 shell and Prime Rib with scotch on the rocks.

One thing I've noticed since I have sorta started looking at getting another truck. Every one I see that I might be what I'm looking for has a gray interior. My current Toyota's and my last Chevy all had gray. Every GMC or Chevy I've looked at had gray. I don't want Gray! Matches my hair!

Boy is that sad, but true. Those big studded wheels are way too aggressive and scary looking for the fruit cakes that want to buy a grass plant friendly Humane Style cutter nowadays. It probably does not have a cup holder anyway.

Neighbors would complain about the noise. The're already mad about the racket my coon hound makes chasing squirrels. Plus I would need to hire a young buck to run it. Now a snowblower like that would be

Nice ride, I bought a 07 taco two years ago in that color and love it. The only problem I have is mine is holds more value than other trucks that I have to pay more on taxes.....

I've come to the conclusion that no matter how big a building is, it's never big enough. This one is 12x32, when I looked at it I thought it would be plenty big, and thought the same when they delivered it. I'm now finding out I was wrong. After I get the C141 put back together, as well as the 701 that's in pieces in my storage shed, I'm going to be short on space. Thinking I may build a lean to off the back side where I can park my working tractors to keep them under cover while still freeing up work space in the shop

I lived in a little town and had a gentleman give me a 68 datsun pickup with a blown motor that was in damn nice shape. Here is a pic of the what it was, its not the one I had, but mine wasn't bad. I was 14 years old, and gonna "restore" it. I completely tore it apart, sewed up a new interior, and when I was a senior realized I was in over my head. Cut the frame and made a pick up bed trailer out it. Hauled the rest to the junk!! I have beat my head on the wall a bunch of times about that. It would have been such a cool truck.
